Snow Removal in the Colonies
Posted on Jan 12th, 2017
The streets are not part of the Colonies Master Association (CMA) or Public Improvement District (PID) common areas and are owned and maintained by the city just like any other public street. Neighborhood side streets are low priority for the city as they tend to only clear the main thoroughfares. This applies to all neighborhoods throughout the city.
So... Snow removal from the streets is and always has been dependent on melt with warmer temperatures absent some action by the city.
