Effective January 1, 2015 FIMC Commercial Realty, Inc. ("FIMC") initiated property management for the Colonies Master Association ("CMA").  CMA is looking forward to our new relationship with FIMC as our professional property managers.  FIMC will be responsible for the day to day business of the Colonies homeowner association including the completion of property resale transfer certificates, collection of CMA dues, oversight of resident concerns regarding covenants, conditions and restrictions ("CCRs"), and coordination of neighborhood events such as the forth of July and Christmas lighting.
