Notice to Colonies HOA Members: You may have seen a posting on Facebook or have recently received a flyer in the mail from Triangle Realty (ColoniesGarageSale.com) regarding a "Community Garage Sale" on June 23rd that stated it was "approved by Colonies HOA".
